HR & Administration Manager

Applications are now invited for the following position in HR & Administration Division:

 

Qualifications:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources Management and General Administration, including over 3 years of experience in a managerial level

  • Familiarity with labor laws and related regulations in Macau

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill, with an ability to work effectively in a team

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with excellent multi-tasking abilities

  • Responsible, well organized and independent

  • Immediately available is highly preferred

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations

  • Develop, implement and review HR policy and procedure to meet company objectives

  • Ensure compliance of HR practice with employment-related laws and regulations

  • Provide HR solutions and support with all-round HR matters

  • Oversee all office administration, including purchasing supplies & equipment, inventory control, contract administration, rental agreement and handling internal tasks, such as renovation, relocations

  • Coordinate governmental subsidy applications & related subsidy reports
